USA - H2B Work

Programme Cost: Free (due to the regulations of the USA government all fees are being paid by your employer in the USA)

A deposit of 200 GBP should be paid once you have been accepted for the H2B programme. This fee will go towards your insurance to be purchased from Global Choices after you receive your visa. The remaining insurance fee needs to be paid after successful interview with employer and before receiving H2B visa paperwork.

You will be provided with the following services:

• All legal documentation regarding the employment of the participants;
• Filing of the petition with the US Department of Labor and Homeland Security for H2B visas;
• Processing the Department of Labor certification application and the H2B visa petition, including the US$185 regular processing service fee;
• 24-hour emergency contact;
• Participant handbook and USA guide;
• Support for employers and employees throughout the programme.
• Pre-arranged accommodation (depending on the employer);
• Meals during shift hours (depending on the employer);
• Transportation to and from work (depending on the employer);
• Uniforms (except shoes – which must be black, non-skid, depending on the employer);
• Plane Ticket.

What’s not included

• Visa fee;
• Living expenses and insurance.

Cancellation

• If applicants cancel at any stage no refund will be given.
• If employer rejects your application or petition is denied, a refund less £50 will be processed.
• If visa is denied, a refund less £50 will be processed.
• If visa is denied and agency cannot replace applicant, no refund is made.
