Programme costs

Total Programme fee: EUR 450

Booking fee 60 Euros is to be paid when you get the confirmatiom from our programme coordinator (this is a part of a total programme fee).

The remaining programme fee is payable once the placement has been confirmed.

What is included in the fee?

• Registration and Enrolment;
• Arranging accommodation for the entire length of the stay;
• Placement confirmation;
• Guidance and advice during application process;

What is not included in the fee?

• Round trip to Spain;
• Airport transfer;
• Travel expenses to the final destination in Spain;
• Health and travel insurance. Participants can buy this from Global Choices for an extra cost;
• The change of the booking.

Cancellation policy

• If we do not offer you a job half of the booking fee will be refunded to you.
• If the applicant cancels once the placement has been confirmed, the deposit of EUR 60 is non-refundable.
• There is no refund after the applicant starts his/her participation in the programme.
• There is no refund if the applicant does not comply with the programme.
