Teaching in Spain

This programme allows you to discover Spain first-hand, since you will be living with a Spanish host while serving as the family’s English tutor. You do not need a teaching certificate to participate. Your room and board is provided in exchange for 15 hours of English language tutoring per week, mostly on weekdays. While placements may be made throughout Spain, the majority of families live in or near Madrid.

Internships in Spain

An internship in Spain is your best chance to gain professional and international work experience and to develop your Spanish skills. Global Choices offers you a wide range of placements with host companies in every field, including technology, communications and marketing, tourism, computer science and research. We also offer you a five-day group Spanish course that you can take before starting the programme.

Work and Travel Spain

We offer international work placements in 3-5 star hotels and country houses in Spain. Applicants are expected to work in different positions carrying out general duties. The usual workday lasts 8-9 hours, with two days off per week (During summer time you may be required to work 6 days per week ). The minimum stay is 8 weeks, and the maximum 6 months. Our job vacancies in the Canary Islands, Majorca and Andalusia include Spanish language course, cultural visits and excursions, Educational Training Contract and accommodation.
