Programme cost

Total Programme fee: GBP 165

Booking fee 50 GBP is to be paid when you get the confirmatiom from our programme coordinator (this is a part of a total programme fee).

The remaining programme fee is payable once the placement has been confirmed.

What is included in the fee?

  • Registration and Enrolment;
  • Placement confirmation;
  • Guidance and advice during application process.

    • What is not included in the fee?

  • Round trip to Spain;
  • Airport transfer;
  • Travel expenses to the final destination in Spain;
  • Health and travel insurance. Participants can buy this from Global Choices for an extra cost;
  • The change of the booking.

    • Cancellation policy

  • Booking fee of GBP 50 is non-refundable.
  • If the applicant cancels once the placement has been confirmed, GBP 165 programme fee is non-refundable.
  • There is no refund after the applicant starts his/her participation in the programme.
  • There is no refund if the applicant does not comply with the programme.
